Remembering Joe brought about many laughs and crazy events. He and Michael Lowell taught me how to drive. It was not the best circumstances to learn, after we had drank toooo much and I was the designated driver even though I did not have a license at the time. Joe used his fathers position on many occasion to get us out of a mess. We had a lot of fun and partied every chance we could. I will remember him for the good times and cherish them.  May he rest in peace.
