OBITUARIES

C. Wesley Odom   

HAMPTON - C. Wesley Odom, 56, died Saturday, Feb. 18, 2007. A lifelong
resident of Hampton, he was preceded in death recently by his partner, 
Richard Dayton. Wesley is survived by his sister, Kurby DeBlasio and her 
husband, Duane of Williamsburg; nephew, Darin DeBlasio; cousin, Nell 
Writtenberry, as well as many other cousins. A service to remember his 
life will be 11 a.m. Saturday, March 3, 2007 at R. Hayden Smith Funeral 
Home Chapel by Rev. Henry B. Sudduth. The family wishes any expressions 
of sympathy to take the form of contributions to the Heritage Humane 
Society, 430 Waller Mill Road, Williamsburg, VA 23185. Arrangements are 
by R. Hayden Smith Funeral Home in downtown Hampton, 723-3191.
