YORKTOWN - Judy Harmon Mann, 66, died on Friday, October 28, 2016 at home after a long illness with her loving husband, Malcolm, by her side. She was a native of Hampton and a resident of Yorktown for 22 years. Judy was an eligibility worker for York-Poquoson Social Services for 30 years retiring in December, 2009. She was a member of Maranatha Baptist Church. Judy was preceded in death by Her parents, Clyde and Hazel Harmon. She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Malcolm Forrest Mann; sister, Geraldine Dubberly (Bill); nephew, Robert Dubberly (Grace); great-nephews, Hugh, Grant, and Robert II: brother-in-law, Duke (Claudia) and their children Amy and Jeff; and her beloved poodle Chloe. A visitation will be held Tuesday, November 1, 12:30 - 2:00 PM, immediately followed by a funeral service led by Rev Dale Coffey, all at Maranatha Baptist Church, Yorktown.
